Do you think the Media are willing an increase in the fighting in Georgia?

They keep reporting statements from the Kremlin and the White House out of context, the ceasefire that has been holding for almost 3 days is always called the "fragile" ceasefire.. sorry, but EVERY ceasefire is fragile, and every movement of soldiers or equipment is reported as military activity.. forgetting that soldiers and tanks have to get from A to B or they serve no purpose.

definitely. That's the best propaganda a pro war govt needs, and they get it free. This is why america is always at war with someone.. the media declare all out war every time a country has some target practice, and the american people all scream "WW3!!.. do something!!   protect us!!"

'Fraid so.  The media love trouble and even more they love to think they can control or cause it.  Thoroughly nasty lot doing a parasitical job, living off the backs of others efforts.  If they stuck to their brief of REPORTING news in an accurate and unbiased way, instead of trying to MAKE it, I would probably still be working in the industry.

i do believe you're right. The media today has lost all sense of responsibility & gets into a wild, frenzied thirst to sensationalise anything & everything that will make a 'good' story.

Because media is controlled by money - where is the money? - with the ruling elite. Do what I do - never buy a newspaper and understand that almost all news media is lies.

Russia soldiers ignored the ceasefire from their chief command and moving into Georgia.

U.S. is ready to defense Georgia and troops are ready to deploy.
