Lodging for all the fans would be a problem as would adequate facilities. not to mention it gets dark early there.

I dont know. But i know that the next Olympics are in London and the Olympics after that are in Chicago. Thats all i know

no, its very hard for a city to get the Olympics to their city, unless its a very big city with a lot of areans

doubt it,... they dont have the arenas and tourest places to hold everyone

not the summer olympics because it is too cold but maybe the winter olympics but it is a small chance because people might not want to go there because of the cold

No and i doubt the Olympics would return to American soil at least not in the near future. US is not the right country to host not only the Olympics but other major world events because the country is number murderer in the world. The Americans killed thousands of innocent lives in Afghanistan and Iraq, threatening North Korea and Iran. The Americans has just too many enemies  of their own making and is extremely vulnerably to terrorist attacks. We certainly do not want athletes being killed at the Olympics, do we ?

Maybe eventually..Agreeing with the answerer above Alaska is lacking the infrastructure to host the Olympics. Also, Alaska is lacking the population as well (~700,000 people.) It's a nice gesture that Alaska could host the Olympics, especially the winter ones, but I don't see it happening any time soon.

Maybe the winter Olympics, but they would have to build all brand-new facilities.
