How about, just for once the U.S. doesn't get involved with the business of another sovreign state and keeps it's war mongering nose out. Just for a change. Or is world war three an actual goal that we are trying to acheive.

its mccarthyism all over again! I think that they should get support from country's that might also be attacked by russia and start their own army against russia not have us fight every war for them. When somebody invades Canada or Mexico (some place closer) and is a threat to america then yes we should protect that country but when it has nothing to do with us then NO

Pick your battles! Russia doesn't have the ability to carry on a protracted war. They do want Bush to take the bait though.

No, absolutely not. It's already fighting two wars in two fronts; it's resources already spread too thin. It just cannot afford to get itself involved in a fight that is not completely its own. Besides, the current state of the (worldwide) economy precludes that option.

No i for one have had a gut full of ''others'' If Russia wants to annex the north let Canada take care of it If some Mideast country wants to take over a country that supplies the U K and /or the E U with oil let them take care of it If something happens that the world needs America's transportation ability to bad
