  1. No

  2. Why.......there are like 10-15 people that live in Nebraska

  3. The UFC could draw an audience anywhere. Most of the arenas they currently fight in hold between 13,000-18,000 fans which sell out very quick. They make their real fan money by selling thier PPV's.

What it comes down to is the state athletic control board. Not every state has a certified commission for MMA, and some of the ones that do have rule changes from the UFC fight style. So you would have to be sure that the Nebraska athletic control board would allow the fights first.

The current set of rules utilized by the UFC is known as "unified rules" and was first sanctioned by the New Jersy ACB in 2000.

  4. Not enough of an audience.

Audience > Hometown - the only time the location that they are fighting out of is important is when the fighter comes from that big city that they are having the event in, or when they are fighting in Europe and they purposely bring a fighter in from that country in.

If they put fight camp over or equal to audience, we probably would have seen a lot of UFCs in Iowa, with the Miletich camp being there and all.
