There really isn't anyone "big" left. Demitra isn't signed yet, but he'll likely sign back with the Wild. What else is there? Hossa simply wasn't going to sign with the Canucks. He wants a Cup. That is why he took less money to play for Detroit. The fact is that there simply were not enough big names around this year, and the Canucks (and a lot of other teams) were just out of luck.
