I'd say:

Red Sox and Tampa Bay will make the playoffs (one of them will win the Wild Card).

So I'd think Yankees wold be out this season.

Hope Tampa Bay really surprises some teams down the stretch.

It looks like a tough thing to do but since they have 6 games each with Boston & Tampa Bay still to be played & until they are mathematically eliminated, I still have faith in them & if they don't, they won't go down without a fight & one thing the haters keep is asking & that is the question you asked & in my opinion, it seems though fans of other teams are more obsessed with the Yankees not making the play offs than their teams making it there & why is that? Is it because their team doesn't make the play offs, they have losing records or what?

Nope sure don't, I think they may have one of the toughest schedules left in MLB with two series against the Rays, Red Sox and a road trip to Anaheim.  Also age and injuries just keep catching up with them, they need to get younger and faster, and I'm not so sure they're going to do that in the offseason.
