Yes it is, but for different reasons.  At the human population rises, the environmental problems caused by humans increase.

Earthquakes have nothing to do with it.  Violent storms are exacerbated by global warming which is increased by human activities.

We have had natural disasters like this in the past and everytime this happens many think the end of the world is coming but here we still are!

There has to be more signs besides natural disasters for the end of the world...changes in government, one relegion sponsered by big government...U.N>  becomes more powerful, etc.

Yes. In fact, I do. I don't know if your talking about it on a biblical perspective, but I am. I'll give us another century or so until Jesus comes back. Because, If you look at the bible in Revelations, it talks a lot about the Renaissance of Isreal. Isreal is now a country again as of like 50 years ago. Plus It talks bout all these natural disasters and how it's gettin worse. Just get in there and read Revelations and look at how everything keeps addin up.

it depends on at what rate we continue to degrade our planet.

If we get into a war with China for example, and nuclear weapons come into play, it will destroy our atmosphere and vent us all into space.

if we continue using fossil fuels as our fuel source, we have a little ways to go before the ecosphere collapses but the planet will be unliveable by then, we'll be living in balloons to keep us from the environment.

I don't,there's so much that the world has to resolve and human beings keep discovering ways of evading natural disasters or at least torelating them,plus it will take millions of years for the milkyway  to collide with the adromeda and maybe disappear into a black hole although for some reason I hope it's sooner than I think,I'm in need of excitement and truth behind human existence
