I dont know this for a fact, but I seriously doubt they write their own music.  Most likely there are puppets created by Disney.  Every bit of their music is probably processed by lawyers, song writers, marketing and focus groups.

Does it suck?  In my opinion yeah.  Just glad I am not in their focus group.
