I think its really sad that some conservatives have turned away from her. . . so much for compassion.  And let's face it, you only have so much control over your teen age children.  I was a "goody-two shoes"  but I still got in to things that my parents did not approve of.

No because most fundamentalists are conservatives. If anything, McCain will be losing votes from his own people because of the situation.
