I am forced to wear a helmet..

  1. That's an insurance company rule. I can't think of a time I ever wore a helmet.

  2. I think you are on the right course. We are losing more & more of our freedom each year. Everytime some one comes up with a new law that will" protect us" our freedom disappears a little at a time. When these new laws are enacted we eventually get used to them & don't even think about them anymore. In time we will become a completely socialist state who can't function without "big brother" looking over our shoulder. The constitution was created to protect us from such things & everytime we allow law makers to amend it or make any kind of change to it we do lose some freedom.

  3. Sorry to burst your bubble but, you can get a drivers license at 16 and your permit at 15 1/2 (what are you waiting for). If that is your definition of restriction of freedom then I'm glad you’re not fully free then, as I wouldn't want 13 or 14 year old's driving cars. OOO not wearing your helmet, say it isn't so (you are 17 you don't have to wear a helmet), you sound like you’re in the rebellious stage in your life.

    Either way, don't let the man keep you down, ride that bike hair flowing and helmetless or get your license already.

  4. i dont think anyone should be able to drive until the age of 18 anyways....

    and yes i was a teen once who could not wait to get behind the wheel

  5. America was never free. The people of this country have always been controlled by the rich ruling the poor. When independence was gained from the British, the rich upper class of this country shifted the tax burden from themselves to the poor.

  6. My answer is;

    This is a tough answer to say.

    OK, The safety people on the left got together with the Rights legalized protection racket "The Insurance Industry" and have restricted certain Free actions. Like waring helmets. They have restricted privacy with FISA. And for the last 7 years restricted speech with their, "Don't say anything bad about Bush. It's a time of war d**n it."

    So how can you fight it? After you turn 18 pay attention because you now have the greatest Right American have and that is Why it's the

    1st Amendment. The Right to Free Speech!

    Watch for those that would attack and Restrict this Very 1st Right. That is why the

    2nd is the Right to Bear Arm's. To defend the 1st!

    Pay attention to those that want to drive this country off into a Ditch!

    That is my answer.
