  1. They never have.

What is funny though is that the liberals want the same people that ignore our veterans to be in charge of our health care.

  2. No, I think it's deplorable, how the government has handled its obligation to our veterans.

  3. Alex:

Absolutely NOT, my local clinic, is totally controlled by Republicans, this goes all the way to the top people in Washington,

let NO one tell you otherwise. Arlen Specter is the chairmen of this

VA committee. The congress funding is the main problem, money

is never allocated to the VA's needs. Just last month, I was charged

three thousand dollars per hour. And I will stand by these facts, in any Federal or State Court. If anyone says otherwise, be prepared for a legal battle. I am totally fed-up with the VA crapola.

  4. The best way to get an answer to this is to ask the dejected  veterans who come home with injuries. I've seen it first had with a guy that lives in my area and he had one of his arms and both legs blown off by a land mine.

As of yet, he's STILL waiting to see a physican at the Veterans Hospital and get his earned disability payments from the VA for his service and sacrifice over 20 months ago.

Disrespect doesn't even begin to cover how he's been treated. Even with all the help he's received from our community, we know how long it's going to take to get him on track again and it's sad to think that he's done so much and asks for so little.

  5. As a veteran, I would say yes.  They are.

I served 7 years, and was paid for my time along the way.  Guys who get injured are taken care of.  No problem.
