Mills. He said wonderful snarf things about Paul McArtney

These are nasty snarf things he said

"Having watched and listened to her give evidence, having studied the documents, and having given in her favour every allowance for the enormous strain she must have been under (and in conducting her own case), I am driven to the conclusion that much of her evidence, both written and oral, was not just inconsistent and inaccurate but also less than candid. Overall she was a less than impressive witness."

The judge said he could not accept Miss Mills' case that she was wealthy and independent by the time she met the former Beatle in the middle of 1999.

"I find that the wife's case as to her wealth in 1999 to be wholly exaggerated."

This judge should be barred from presiding

  1. I have as others must have a number of friends whom we grew up with, all have entered into different professions.

The judge has ruled on all evidence submitted, that is the law.

But I do wonder in cases like these, if media interference has any role to play.

Edit : any evidence submitted to the court is taken under consideration, if ms mills did not submit it, then it was not entered into the recordings

  2. I couldnt give two ducks about their divorce - starving children, homeless, global warming (serious issues) =)

  3. I hate Heather Mills. She's nothing but a gold digging bi(*h

  4. The judge was so right.  She is a greedy manipulative woman and shows her mentality when she complained that their daughter would have to forego first class air travel. .I should weep!!  The woman is disgusting and I feel sorry for Paul.  She also threw water at his legal rep just to show how disappointed she was with the odd million or two.

  5. Paul McCartney earned his money from being one of the best musicians and performers in the world.  She is not entited to half just because she slept with him for a few years.  She is a lousy person and should not get a dime.  I think the judge should have given Paul her prosthetic leg as part of the settlement.

  6. I don't know. I'm not a judge. I wasn't there. I don't have anything against Heather. But it does seem ridiculous that she wanted more. I'm not a fan of McCartney's. He comes across as an arrogant jerk. I can only think that he wasn't this way before Linda died?

  7. am I in a club of one in not knowing what sharf is??

    (anyways back to work .......)

  8. Why - he told it like it was.

A money grabbing slapper trying to boost her own finances by claiming huge amounts of dosh from someone that had already amassed his wealth prior to her appearing on the scene.

Good for him to tell it like it is

  9. I read some of the court document.

She lied and lied and lied to make herself look more important than she was.

  10. i know youre a jester cos nobody in their right mind would call themselves brenda if they were serious

"Overall she was a less than impressive witness."

the judge has shown himself to have the patience of job!

  11. Heather Mills deserves it. She's so shallow and up her own **** that any bashing of her is good. She'd probably get off on it too.

  12. i agree with mittens, they both now have money falling out of their backsides, so in the great scheme of things who really gives a toss about the petty squabblings of two people who should behave with more dignity, and decorum. have we not indulged them enough?

  13. She made up a load of property she didn't own and claimed property that she did own was worth more than it actually was - she's a less than impressive witness and the judge saw through her!!  The ruling is great reading ;o)

  14. What's snarf mean??

I don't think he was biased, he did actually say some complimentary things about her while pointing put the many inaccuracies in her statement. She couldn't prove most of her claims and expects the judge to take her seriously?

  15. He was just being judgemental.

  16. Good man. Does she think he is stupid or something?

  17. what the h**l is SNARF

  18. he heard all the details so there must be something to his criticism of her .

  19. The legal view from observers was that since she took little or no advice from her legal team on how to present her case she made herself vulnerable to the multitude of oversights and mistakes that are possible in a complex case.

She needed to have had a more judicially informed and objective mind edit her presentation.

A missed opportunity? Judges don't typically respond sympathetically to presentations that ramble.

  20. Heather Mills is a lying, cheating, manipulative woman.she was nothing more than a prostitute in her modelling days .It is clear she only married Paul for his money, and their little girl was her one bonus card and my god has she played it for all she is worth.I say the judge was right. B.T.W. what is "snarf"?

  21. The only thing that judge did that was wrong was awarding her £25 million. If I had been the judge she not only would have been awarded nothing but jailed for contempt of court for throwing a glass of water at Paul's barrister. She got away with murder.

  22. I think the judge got it spot on. It's his job to be objective and by looks of it, he called it like it was.

  23. The Judge is spot on ...... she was a nothing before her marriage and a nothing she shall remain....she deserves Nothing!!!

  24. no...I think she was a money grabbing witch..just my opinion. Every time I have seen her speak, it all sounds like rubbish designed to provoke a sympathetic response for her...when even I can tell from how she speaks, that her motives are money...period.
