I think its a gr8 name, it used to be a skateboard truck name i think and was a very cool and succesful name but i dont think its around any more so dont worry about the name contract sueing thing lol

No, because it would be too similar to and a copy of the Burton Royale, a freestyle board. They'd sue you for copyright reasons.
