Do you think the new digital tv is a conspiracy?

I am being serious. I have heard that starting next year all tv will be digital. Back in the 90's there were a group of students that made this program that the government confiscated. They could change the words that people were saying to make them say something else and it was in their own voice. It makes me think.....with everything going digital they could easily match their mouths with whatever words they wanted the person to say. Say I was accused of murder and you saw that on your tv that I confessed to it due to their software.....even though it wasn't true...the general population would believe it. Is there a danger in this....Does this give them total control? What do you think?

IF THE GOVERNMENT IS SENDING SUBLIMINAL MESSAGES THEN YES THAT WOULD BE WRONG. IN THIS DAY AND AGE NOTHING REALLY SURPRISES ME.
