Do you think the phrase "going out" has lost its meaning?

nowadays "going out" is like little teenager slag for dating, and i wouldnt even call it dating, more like who they are hanging out with at lunch... i think its ridiculous that people use this phrase so often, it has lost all meaning...

who else feels this way?

  1. It has lost its meaning it just means dating. you don't even have to go out it is just a teen slang for boyfriend and girlfriend and they use it so much. it definitely has lost all it's meaning.
