  1. No

His mother still campaigns with him.

  2. No, but I think it will be way too much for a greenhorn politician like Obama to cope with.

  3. He is in much better shape than a chain smoking cocain user!

  4. No, In my experience, age doesn't dictate whether a person is able to handle allot of stress, truthfully i think that the way people tend to deal with stress begins while they are a child and changes and evolves, and as they get older their stress handling capacity can either grow or decrease depending upon their life experiences.

  5. John McCain won't feel stress as president.  Stress comes from the agonizing doubt about tough decisions that the president must make.  But the world is very black and white to McCain.  He may often be wrong, but he will never be in doubt.  Only Bush will be less stressed by the presidency than McCain.

  6. No, but he's not going to win anyway.

  7. Nelson Mandela obtained the presidency of South Africa when he was 74.  I didn't see anyone whining that he was too old.  Hmmm...

  8. Personally, I believe that the presidency is too much stress for any man, regardless of age.

I certainly wouldn't want the job.

  9. That's his decision; and the Constitution designates only a minimal age--to say he is too old or the stress is too much may be considered age discrimination.

Let's find out what his policy is about middle class wages.

  10. He's to old, not enough of a Statesman, legacy type like Bush, been a flip flopper, Keating Five, time he got Doled Out.

  11. well if you will notice, any man who starts in the white house with brown hair ends up with white. its a stressful job, but i think McCain can sure handle it.

  12. I think at any age the job is a very stressful one..John Mc Cain looks like he is in good shape...Besides look at our current VP he has a heart condition had numerous heart attacks and no one ever complained about him yet...

  13. John McCain has led a long and honorable life (with the one exception in his marriage) and no one can seriously question his courage and patriotism after what he went through in Viet Nam. Recently he has already shown serious signs of slowing down making error after error in his speeches on the trail. His poor judgment in what he thinks of as "humor" tell me he would make similar errors as POTUS. We simply don't need another person as mentally deficient as Bush has been. McCain, while he was in the Navy, was undoubtably sharper mentally and so, yes, I think his age is a drawback and will get worse as he gets older. Remember, he will be 76 after four years in the White House and we have all seen what it does to other occupants of that office.
