like technology does help us move faster as a society, but are we really progressing!

seems like the ways of the pagans- was better than the ways of today?

Partly yes, partly no. But humans have developed this way because of our level of intelligence, the only super adaptable life form. It was inevitable. =]

What do you mean way of the Pagans?

You know that the Greek and Romans and Egyptians and Sumerians had a very strong urban culture do you not?

The idea of Pagan being Earth centered and ecological loving should be swiped off people's mind. That should in fact be focused more on religions like Wicca and NeoWicca and Druidism which falls under the Pagan umbrella but not all Pagan;.

A large chunk of the many many Pagan religions even though it did give regard to the welfare of the world put far more emphasis on morality, virtue, philosophy, knowledge, self improvement, to become educated, and to contribute back to society and to help society.
