  1. Nah, because you always need them.  They've always existed in wrestling.  There no way you want your actual talent to job all the time.  Normally, what happens is you have a lot of talent and if they suck, they become jobbers.  Jobbers aren't hired, they're made just like stars, ironically enough.

  2. Jobbers are their for the up and coming charismatic superstars

  3. no the wwe still has john cena HAHAHAHAHAHAHA jk, but no i dont see the jobber coming to an end, because if a wrestling brand wants to build up a superstar they wont, put him in a match with a vetren right away they put jobbers there to make the wrestler look good

  4. I think WWE should stop making superstars and especially Divas jobb of each other let the ones who don't have much experience learn for themselves.

  5. There will always be "uber-jobbers" ...  The formerly well-known guy that lost his push somehow and the fed just keeps him around to groom younger wrestlers...  But the actual "jobber" has been gone for quite a while.  Unless it's their gimmick to be an underdog (like Jamie Noble), there are hardly any legit jobbers in the fed.  WWE keeps around gimmicky wrestlers for this...  Val Venis, The Highlanders, Deuce, Paul London...  they try to repackage the wrestler into a new gimmick, but if it doesn't work, they job until the fed can't afford to keep them around anymore.

As for squash jobbers, they ended when they gave Barry Horowitz a victory.  Now they just find locals from each area they go to, and have them be on TV and get their butt kicked.  That's it.

  6. Yes they will keep them because guys don't come in wrestling thinking they will be jobbers! Every guy that comes in the WWE/TNA thinking the will be a superstar and things happen such as the get hurt or the gimick doesn't go over with the crowd and they became jobbers

  7. I would say that the Jobbers really went out during the attitude era, when every body on the roster received their own entrance music and gimmicks. Before that the "jobbers" would be already standing in the ring and they just got their name called before the roster guy came out .

  8. who knows
