  1. Probably not. It wouldn't work here in California and we have major traffic issues.


  2. people always ignore the speed limits in that area, rush hour is the worst. You'll be going 60 the have to slam on your breaks to a dead stop in an instance. Ugh, I try to never drive during rush hour, people are the worst. The cops monitoring the speeds during that hour cause people to break heavily too, and causes more of a jam.

  3. no i think the only thing that will help our traffic is to stop construction on every highway and side road!!!!
