Do you think they will be deported and convicted ?
my father was married to an illegal alien in US,unfortunately , she happened to be our neighbor here in the Phils..she made my father believed that she already separated to her former husband and filed for annullment . which we ( children ) dont believed .Shes now a greencardholder. Unexpectedly , the husband came forward to us , and he confessed that from the beginning , he knew that everything was just a set up - that he , the wife and their children agreed to used my father in the condition that she will support him. At first the husband was nnot in favor of the plan but the wife said , whether he likes it or not she will proceed with the plan..so , it happend , without our knowledge , the lady started calling him at flirting with him , my father fell in love . We even warned him about the lady that she might be just using him but he didnt listened and married her ..two years have passed , the lady now is a greencardholder , but just this week , the husband came up ... and he confessed that my father was not in good condtion in the hand of his wife, because the wife started telling him that since my father was a diabetic and oold( 72) , he will not live longer anymore and she makes sure that she will get everything , money , house etc .. and the lady also stop sending him money and he learned that the house , the money and the car he bought when he was still working in japan was sold without his knowledge and that made him come to us . He was telling to us that she will do the same thing to my father ...We , the children , got worried about our father's conditon , my brother talked to him( my father) about it , instead of listening to my brother , he got very angry and accusing him that he was just trying to ruin his marriage . So we decided to help the husband to file the case against her " for falsification of documents , we asked him to produce a marriage contract aunthenticated and a sworn statement that he was still legally married to her and never separated and with constant communication and send it to immigration ..
Now , my question is ...do you think , this filing of case to them will work ? definitely , my father will be affected , for participation , for marrying an illegal alien , althou lets say , he has no knowledge about the set-up , that he ws just in-love . They said both of them will be deported .. etc etc...and here in the Phil , there will be another case, the husband will file for BIGAMY , again my father will be affected...Do you think THIS IS A GOOD MOVE FOR US ? SO THAT THE LADY WILLBE CONVICTED FOR USING MY FATHER AND HER GREEDINESS ...SHAME ON HER ... we love our father , we want to save him from this bloody lady , she ws working as a caregiver in san diego , she might do something with my dad , she ws a nurse here in the phils , she might put some pills on his coffee or food that will affect my father's health , thats why we are doing this ... and her husband said , that his wife told him that she will make suret hat she will get everything to my father up to the last cent .. we are not after the money , we just want my father to come home alive .My mom died 2003.
