Question:

Do you think there's an irresponsible sense of haste by the Associated Press to declare Obama victory early?

I mean they reported that Hillary will concede and then Hillary's campaign refutes that immediately. They annouce that Obama has clinched the nomination without letting the entire day play out.

Do any of you feel that something is not right?

That the media is trying to push an agenda dishonestly in hopes that it would effect delegates and voters decision prematurely?

Has the Associated Press become another arm of dishonest jounalism?

  1. All of the major news outlets are saying Obama has reached the magic number, and Obama himself is claiming victory. They do a pretty good job of counting, and they have sources in both camps. So in a sense, it doesn't matter what Clinton says at this point.

Meanwhile, Clinton's staff is updating resumes and offices are closing. There have been conflicting reports on what Clinton would say tonight, and that was reported. We can play rhetorical games on where her campaign stands, but the race is over.

Don't think you can blame the AP for this one.

  2. You are correct, something isn't right with the Democratic Primary this year. They have done a tap dance with this Super delegate thing and not counting Mi and Fl votes at all and then having a big con flab to make part of the votes count  and changing the number needed for winning.

These people are nuts and they think I'm going to vote to give them control of the country??????
