can hardly be done.  If a woman thinks a man has committed crimes then it hardly matters what the facts are for no judge is there to hear a case and she still believes what she does.  So, for no purpose, no, she should now wield a knife; to save her life or if she feels threatened in any way from criminal actions, then yes, depending on circumstances.
