I suppose it's possible, since Boudicca had two daughters, and history is rather vague about when became of them, but even if Elizabeth was descended form one of them (and she had Welsh royal blood in more than one line), nearly 1500 years had passed in the meantime. so the fraction of her heredity would have been pretty slight..
