The media is saying that Dhoni is vicously trying to remove Sachin and Sehwag from ODI team.He doesn't want any senior in his team as it could harm his dominance of Indian cricket. He is selfish cricketer who is trying to develop his own team and not only that,he wants that he should get more praise than all cricketers. What is your opinion on this ?

  1. What you thought is right i.e.Dhoni is vicously trying to remove Sachin and  Sehwag from cricket.

  2. i hope not

  3. Dhoni is not that foolish that he will remove Sehwag from his team. He is no Surpanakha.

As for Sachin, that is never in Dhoni's hand. You have no idea of Sachin's powers to make such a comment.

  4. I seriously hope that it is not true. As far as I know I think it's true that he is responsible for getting rid Ganguly and where Sachin is concerned I think Dhoni has a lot of respect for him and he would not deliberately keep him out of the team and im sure he would not want an in form batsman (Sehwag) to stay out of the team keeping in view our recent performances.

  5. Thats a load of rubbish

Dhoni has made some unpopular decisions (getting rid of Dravid and Ganguly from the ODI team) but to say that he is a selfish cricketer who wants all the praise is a joke.

Of course Dhoni wants to build his own team, thats what captains do. Why would Dhoni want to get rid of his 2 best players (Sehwag and Tendulkar) First of all Dhoni is only 2 years younger than Sehwag, Sehwag is a quality opener who unfortunately got injured. Sometimes players get injured

Surely if Dhoni kicked Sachin out of the ODI team, then the fans would turn there backs on the India side, Dhoni has made some bold decisions as ODI captain of India, but getting rid of Sachin would be going to far. Tendulkar is still world class, and surely Sachin is just injured.

  6. My frnd,

We cant say like Dhoni is selfish cricketer and wants to make out his own team with youngsters...

As we know that sehwag and tendulkar are injured.. and coming to dravid and laxman issue, dhoni may want to see/check how these youngsters will play so that in future he can take them into ODI team or not??

I feel there is no cold war in Indian Team
