  1. no i doubt it,there seems to be a fashionable drug each decade,i think heroin became popular in the sixties also weed,i don't know the exact drugs for each decade but i do know Ecstasy was popular in the nineties,and cocaine became very popular in this decade due to the drop in price,which made it affordable to the working class,i also read before that they seem to do a full circle,and become popular again after a few decades,so no it cant happen as long as theres money to be made people will supply,and as long as people want to have a good time people will buy.

  5. No. There are always going to be people who want to take drugs and there's always going to be people who are willing to sell them. Making drugs illegal only makes people more curious to try them out. I think numbers would fall more if they were made legal :)
