To answer your question literally, do you mean drilling holes in the walls of the White House, or McCain popping a viagra?

But to answer it as what you really mean, I think no, because he will say it is stuck in congress, but in reality, if we start drilling, the price will go down due to the Oil speculators, and in George W. Bush's handbook, Article 1-13.3 it states that the gas prices shall always go up and up and up and up! (sarcasm)!!!
