Lots of us here in the rest of the World would say that the US already has martial law. It is a totalitarian, militaristic country bordering on fascism that treats its citizens pretty badly.

Yes, but it will take some time.

Only about 30% of the population would actively embrace Martial Law at this point.

We need a "tipping point" of around 50% in order to make it workable.

(Half of the population spying and reporting on the other half)

Checkpoints, total surveillance, National Id, "no-fly" lists, etc are just a few of the infrastructural requirements.  The MAIN requirement is a mentality which readily accepts a control grid society.

People have to WANT to give up liberty and privacy.  The MSM is working feverishly to marginalize the "kooks" who support/promote the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

The clock is ticking.
