Tommorow I'm planning to buy these shoes:

I'm 15 years old (turning 16 in a few months), btw, and I plan to wear those shoes for concerts, ceremonies and events like that.

*The site says that the heel is 4.25 inches, which seems pretty tall. I don't want to look like a hooker

  6. Those shoes are too cute!!! But yes, I do think they are a tad too high for your age. They look like for 17-18 year olds. But still, the most adorable heels ever! If you want to buy them, go ahead, but I'm just saying.

  11. The heel is a tad too high for a 15 year old to me. But if you like the heel then get them. It's not the shoes/heels that would make you look like a hooker it's what you wear with the shoes. Don't fall :)

    I am fifteen, not even nearly sixteen and I wear very high heels and I don't look like a hooker I can promise you that.   I wear them to add height simply.

    Also, that looks like a relatively classy shoe, a hooker wouldn't wear that.

  14. If they were a brighter color like hot pink or turquoise they would so be a hooker shoe oh and if you took the button of the strap also it would be a hooker shoe! But in the fashion their in you should be fine!

    and she just turned 15 they look so good on your feet i tired one ..

    no seriously though it might take some practicing but there worth it and no i think there the perfect size of heels !

    but do not wear a mini skirt with them or you will look like one! wear with jeans, skirts (not mini), shorts, dresses.. good luck and good choice ;)

  18. They're lovely shoes, but they do look pretty high!

    Four inches *is* high for a shoe (most are 2-3" high in high street shops), but it's really whether you can walk in them. The higher the heel, the steeper the angle your foot is on, and the more pressure gets put on the balls of your feet and your toes, which can get very uncomfortable.

    The heels are also quite thin, which makes it harder to walk. The width of the heels is what makes me fall over, because I always end up turning my ankle!

    If you think you'll be able to walk in them (I'd recommend trying a similar sized and heeled pair on in a shop before buying online), then go for it! The only thing that would make you look like a hooker would be wearing them with very little else. With a pretty dress or longer skirt (past your knees or so) you'd be able to show off the shoes but not look like you're trying too hard!

    I'd also recommend buying a pair of gel cushions to go in your shoes, if you'll be wearing them any length of time or dancing at all. They *will* hurt by the end of the evening! You can get the cushions in most drug stores, I think.

    Try something a little lower, maybe more simple as well.
