Do you think they are real friends??

Question

i was going on a trip to miami with 3 of my friends and it was just supposed to be us....then one of my friends boyfriend wanted to tag along and bring his brother. i didnt like the idea but they were going to fly out the next day so i didnt mind as much. then all plans changed so we were going to take a later flight to accomodate the guys. then the day we were going to buy the tickets my friends guy friend invited himself but he didnt want to get his own hotel room so my friend said he could stay in out room and our friends could stay in her boyfriends room. i told her i didnt feel comfortable because im married and i didnt want to spend all this money to stay in a hotel room where there would be a guy who's kind of a pervert. and if i wanted to come out of the bathroom in a towel i couldnt... so i told my friend of 10 yrs i wasnt going to go and all she said was r u sure....after we had been planning this for months and this guy just decided he wanted to go..i think that was so wrong of her...

NO YOU SHOULD DITCH THOSE PIECE OF **** MOUCHING *********** ON THE SIDE OF THE ****** ROAD AND LEAVE THEM TO ROT TO THE DEATH AND GO BACK THE NEXT DAY TO SEE HOW THEIR DOIN AND LAUGH IN THEIR FACE AND MAYBE THEN THEY WILL SEE WHO YOU REALLY ARE AND THEN THEY MIGHT TRY TO BE REAL FRIENDS THAT IS IF THEY DONT DIE BY THE TIME THEY FIGURE IT OUT

That was more then wrong of her. She should kick the guy out instead of letting you not go. What kind of friend is she?

...and I think that was VERY wrong of her.  Start looking for new friends...after 10 years she should have had your back on this one.  Sorry, you must feel so hurt!

It is odd she picks a situation like this to show how she really is. She has fun in mind and you on the back burner. Most wouldn't define this as a "close" friendship.

You're friend(s) sound very inconsiderate. Don't know hold you are---but Im 25 and I learned the hard way---sometimes, you can't let one monkey stop your show. I would tell my friend, that you wanted the trip to be about girl-time and bonding. And if she knows your married, she should respect that. Also---try vacationing ALONE. I went to Miami this year for a WHOLE WEEK by myself (4th of july weekend) and had a ball. Sometimes, people aren't on the same wave-lengths, so you just got to do you.

No they are not all youre real friends.Some of them are just catching a free ride.Tell them to go by them selves!
