Do you think they should have child beauty pagants?

I was watching Sasha:Beauty queen at 11 and i was thinking ''Thats a bit over the top!''

  1. I think the problem with child pageants would be the parents who have a serious problem with competition and are attempting to live vicariously through their offspring. If your little girl likes "playing princess" and would love to put on makeup and a fluffy dress and parade in front of a crowd then by all means let her. If she has a nervous breakdown about not winning or placing then don't enter anymore. If, however, you are spending hundreds to thousands of dollars on pageants, forcing your child into the outfits and makeup, considering bribing judges, etc... it might be time to look at entering ADULT pageants LOL

    Pageant parents like those belonging to JonBenet Ramsey and Britney Spears make everyone's parents look bad IMHO.
