Do you think they will ever re-open the 245i law?

it's the law that lets people in the usa with out papers apply without having to exit the country first i think they made it in 1998 and then again in 2004

  2. No.  I don't think you'll ever see that happen again.  It will snow in Costa Rica first.


  3. I don't really get what you are asking but, my husband has permanent resident card and he applied here and did not have to leave the country to get it. We had to hire and attorney though. After he has his permanent resident for 3 years he can apply for citizenship.
