its not fully resolved but they are coming with some idea to tackle the situation. as for volutary work you can work with the texas emergency service.

look it was ether us or them we are wining the battle we cant cut and run these bees need to be dealt with america is at stake

i think they will, and i think it will take 1 year or so.
