  1. That's a good list.  Click below for another list.  It includes one other site--the Frida Kahlo Museum.

  2. A very good list, but a city like Mexico has more than 10 spots worth seeing.  I think Museum of Contemporary Art is wonderful.  It is in Chapultapec Park other side of the Alemeda from the Archeology Museum.  I also like the castle that is in the park.  I like to visit Coyocan on a Sunday afternoon.  See Frida Khalo's house while you are there.  Unless you are a devout Catholic I'd skip the Basilica.  It was a let down to me.  Interesting though to see the pilgrims and commercial interests mix.

  3. It is an very good list for any first time visitor to DF. It can easily be done in less than a week.I would add a stroll and a little bench time in Alameda Central near the Bellas Artes and perhaps lunch and a leisurely walk through one or more of the neighborhoods of Coyocan,San Angel,Polonco and Condesa.

I believe the safest and most time & cost effective way to see many of the places on the list is by using theTuribus. For about US$10 you can ride all day and get on and off at any or all of the stops to explore and then reboard the next bus.Be sure to take a hat and sun sceen along with you so you can ride on the top level (the sun in Mexico City can be brutal) and  to keep your ticket to show when re boarding the bus

  4. i would've put the pyramidsat the top, but i think these places are the most important to see in mex. city. i'd also reccomend to see plaza de las tres culturas where the 1968 massacre occured..but well that's just me.

  5. Yes, not in that order but those are the main ones I know of in Mexico city that tourists like to see and do.
