Do you think this could work for me? I need to lose 7 pounds in just 2 weeks!?

I'm 14 and want to lose 7 pounds in 2 weeks for a big wedding coming up (in Spain).

I'm going to do this:

B/fast - apple & banana

Lunch - Cereal

Dinner - Cereal

and if I get hungry I'm going to drink a very low calorie fizzy drink.

Also I'm going to do 100 sit-ups, 5 lots of 1 minute planks, 1 hour on the trampoline and 100 star-jumps per day.

Basically, I want to lose the little bit of flab around my belly too.

Do you think I can do it? - If not, what do you suggest?

  1. I know this is not recommended, but from my experience, the best and most effective way to lose weight is to eat less...but then again, I was dealing with some issues and didn't have much appetite at the time...still that doesn't mean I didn't eat, I just ate less...


  2. ummm make sure the cereal isn't loaded with sugar and use skim milk. Also try replacing the fizzy drink with a glass of water and lemon.

    I would actually recommend sushi for a meal! or try a big fresh salad.
