well im 5ft 5 and 13 years old. i weight about 125 pounds, but feel really fat - and have belly flab =[
i feel really awful like im carrying extra luggage so im changing my diet:
Breakfast - 2 Weetabix and one banana
Snack (at break at school) - nuts / a fruit pot from the canteen =]
Lunch - 1 or 2 sandwiches with cucumber / lettuce and mayonaise or whatever, a portion of grapes...maybe a few biscuits and some water or a juice
Tea / After School: a small snack from home ( dont know what that will be lol)
Dinner: Well im indian so indian most nights..but healthy stuff lol
Desert: Another fruit, or something like strawberries with melted chocolate...(but not everyday)
this plan might change every now and then (but still with healthy stuff)
how many pounds do you think i would be able to loose within four weeks if i stick to this diet? i'll be doing 1 hour excercises twice a week and about half an hours worth of walking a day...but i might do some excercises at home for about half an hour a day.
is this a good diet plan and how many pounds do you think i could loose in 4 weeks?
