Do you think this is a good deal on a jet ski?

Is this a good deal?

I'm interested in buying a jet ski, someone my dad knows is selling a 1995 Yamaha Wave Venture, it only has 44 hours of riding time. The guys always serviced it, and it looks brand new (i.e. routine oil changes stuff like that) He's asking 3,500 for it....is this a good deal? Or should we ask to come down on the price?

for a 95!???????????? h**l no! i dont care about hours on it... or the services! thats over 10 years old! d**n i bought a 06 in 06 and paid 9,000!
