Do you think this is a good exsersize roteen?

i'm tired of sitting around and doing nothing all day so i decited to do this exserzise ruteen;

when i wake up in the morning and when i go to bed then i play this song http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MMcrt0_uFUQ (click on the site to see the song) and i run using all my energy that i have to push my body then afterwards i eat and i'll do this in my free time sometimes as well!! ^_^ and this is my exsersize roteen!! ^_^

oh and i usewaly eat graps bred lunch meat and chiness food!! ^_^

  1. dont eat chinese food are you on crack!? chinese food is extremely unhealthy.. first Fried rice.. keyword "FRIED" thats a whopping 30g's of fat around 68% of your daily intake. noodles are just as bad.. orange chicken, do you even know whats on that stuff?

    in all chinese food.. a whole white foam plate.. is about 90grams of fat..

    anyways.. do a light exercise in the morning.. and at night after your last meal... hit it HARD, that way youre tired and fall asleep fast, and burn the calories and fat you took in all day.
