My boyfriend is turning 17 and I'm having trouble finding a gift

i think i might take him out to dinner and a movie my treat but i wanna do something more and wanted to know if y'all had any better ideas or anything to add so please just let me know ^-^

Make him a cd of all his favorite songs.  Or maybe a pencil sketch of you both taken from a photo of the two of you.  There are free programmes on the net you can find that will change a photo into a pencil sketch, or if you have photo shop or know someone who has some artistic skills get them to do it for you.  Something original and something he'd like.
