i jog 40 minutes to an hour 3 or 4 times a week and i lift weights for 30 minutes the same days that i jog I'm not looken to lose weight just kinda stay in the healthy range is that a ok workout

  2. that's a lot if you're just looking to stay in shape and healthy......well depend on how old you are and your weight....but yea pretty good workout.

  3. Bump up that jogging to one hour then follow with the weights, perfect.
