Scrambled egg, lean lunch ham, chopped up red bell peppers all rolled up into a burrito on a whole wheat tortilla? With a banana on the side?

  1. sounds pretty healthy to me. dont eat eggs too often because they have high cholesterol

  4. Yes, but here are some suggestions:

    Take the yolk out of the eggs and just have scrambled egg whites. To avoid paying money for whole eggs only to throw out the yolk, try Egg Beaters.

    Lean lunch ham is healthy but be sure to check sodium levels.

    Red bell peppers are great, organic even better as it doesn't put chemicals into the body.

    Whole wheat tortilla, you're good to go.

    Banana-- fabulous.

    Way to go on watching what you eat.

  5. You can make egg white scrambled eggs and minus the ham and that would be healthy.

  11. It sounds healthy, but not a good idea if you are trying to lose weight. If your just trying to eat healthy, than it sounds like a great breakfast.
