Do you think this is a viable business idea

Question

I have a group of skilled craftsman and businessmen organized. I want to raffle off tickets for $10-15 for the opportunity for someone to win the chance to have these people work an 8 hr day for them doing whatever projects they have in mind. Chances are one and 30 to win (better if you buy more than 1 ticket). What do you all think?

the only thing I'd worry about is how your employees will feel.  one of the biggest reason people like or dislike their jobs is how they're treated by their boss.  here you don't have a say in how their new "boss" (the raffle winner) will treat them.

definitely a clever idea.
