Actually, I don't really care whether the joke is funny or mean, I don't really plan on telling it to anyone anyway since they most likely wouldn't get it, but I'm just bored and wanted to share that.

To me it is not funny, but it is humorous. And it is representative of a generally unrecognized racist attitude of which it is very difficult to rid society simply because it is generally unrecognized.
