  1. yup, too far dude..

  2. I do think its unfair, but different nations think differently and  have different cultures. I think its hard enough for them to go there and compete against the world without having to fear their own nation.

  3. Although it may appear to be a little harsh, remember that a lot is lost in translation from chinese languages to english. I doubt that the interviewer was as aggressive as we see it and remember that media do love to make a fuss of things if they can. I would suggest that the chinese interviewer was asking as anyone would "You were leading on points when you went into the final, what went wrong?"

    ...and

"Your first shot in the final was only 7.9 points, what went through your mind at that time?"

Which let's face it are typical questions we would have asked by british interviewers. On the face of it it looks harsh, but if you think about it it probably wasn't.

  4. thats disgusting !!! poor bloke

  5. h311 ya

  6. Australian journalists are ten times worse because they are a little more subtle in their humiliation process.

  7. wow, that's pretty pathetic. any medal in the olympics is really a great accomplishment.

  8. Like journalists any other countries are any better.

I distinctly remember "Sacramone falls cost US Women in Gym Final"

Then there is the lovely comments around here for her "Leave her in China, she helped them more than she helped us"

Yes, we aren't perfect, but journalists are cruel and pathetic no matter what country you are in.

  9. Disgusting and absolutely disgraceful. Anyone Chinese who uses YA and reads this should be ashamed. How disgraceful.

  10. it crossed the line, when they wouldn't let that little girl sing because she weren't "pretty" enough!

  11. This article is going to far bronze is good and he should not feel like he has let his country down. I would be pleased if I got that. Its normal to feel sad or down if your team doesn't do as well as you think they should have. They have lots more golds to come, 1 less is not going to make much differents.

  12. Yes I think Alicia can relate to that.
