Do you think this is sick? What has become of youths these days. And this didn't even happened on impulse after the woman told them to stop smoking. It happened a few days later.

  1. Yes

  2. As a man, if I'd seen that I would have pushed them in after her.. but waited tiull the train was coming lol

ok joking about the train part, but seriously, I would have pushed them and scarpered. The police are useless at dealing with these yobs, and someone needs to teach them a lesson.

BUT having said that, I advise all women to just leave that sort of thing be and deal with the frustration that comes with it, because confronting yobs is just asking for it, no matter who or where you are. That's why if I'm going to tell them something its from a distance or somewhere I can run from. It's a sad state of affairs that I have to say this, but as an individual it make sense.

impose proper sentencing and prosecution and it'll all go away. Why should their human rights take precedence over ours??

  3. shocking stuff, really, should be much tougher punishments in this country for criminals, if we carry on like this were will this country be in 20 years time.

  4. yes get the people and PUSH them in a railway then see how THEY like it

  5. IT happens more than we would like to think.

my friend asked a man to put out his cigarette inside a takeaway,

he shrugged, blew smoke in her direction & then without any warning punched her.  He broke her jaw.

Police have charged him with ABH.  My friend's been told to expect him to be fined, a token amount, award her compensation ( which he may never pay ) he won't go to prison. As he's a well-known habitual offender, the police treat him with kid-gloves, per the Human Rights act that is on his side.

Seems You cannot point out to people the error of smoking near non-smokers or where it is prohibited, without the Smoker OVER-REACTING!

The UK is fast becoming a lawless, selfish & violent society.

These 2 should be ashamed of themselves, big men attacking 1 middle-aged lady.

why people are so militant over a cancer inducing cigarette?

    I can't say I understand & yes I too think it sickening.

  6. disgusting!!!!!!!!!

  7. A sad sign of the times, no respect, fear or concern for other people. If they are caught they will get a slap on the wrist, and if they are really good time off for good behaviour. There is no real deterrent in place for the likes of these animals, personally i would build an island of dog poo and let them live on it for a few years x

  8. This is a pretty sick story.  Who cares if it woman should have been minding her own business or not, throwing someone onto a rail line means you want to hurt them badly.

They are probably together now laughing about it.  It's horrible.

  9. Yes, as a smoker it makes me really want to quit smoking this, I do not want to be a smoker like these idiots.

  10. Yes

But it speaks to law and order in our world today.

Those who committed this crime, if convicted, would receive no punishment to deter them from doing it again.

  11. Absolutely appalling.

And what 'punishment' will they get - if any?

Probably a slap on the wrists and told not to do it again.

  12. It should be mandatory jail time because it was indeed premeditated, if there was any justice in this world the kids should have been charged with attempted murder or at the very least placing another human being in harm's way.

  13. I believe they were men not youths.Yes and it is sick.

  14. Frankly, my friend, I agree with you. I am becoming fearful of what the  future might hold for me left in the hands of this generation...and the generation behind that....coming up.

I am a fit 53 years old. I am not ashamed of admitting that I carry a sheathed knife in my handbag. I am sorry that I feel the need to.

  15. Bring back the old Laws, before it was ''kids are there to be seen, not to be heard'. Smoking is wrong anyway but getting physical is considered an assault and is an arrestable offence!

  16. what is this world coming to, oh my god, smoker goes mental these days, but still why can't there be any good news lately...

  17. Ahahahahahahaha

  18. These animals should be whipped.How-ever,since smoking in a banned area is a criminal offence, this lady should not have taken it on herself to tell them to stop, she should have reported them to the rel event authorities & let them deal with it.That is what they are paid for. This lady could have lost her life.
