Do you think this is too flashy?

My mom told me that my makeup looks too flashy here and that I shouldn't wear it out in public.

I love it.

It makes you stand out in a crowd, and that's what you want :)

Yeah.  

It's well done, but if it's just for a regular everyday thing, then it's a bit too much.  If this was for a special event, then it would be great.  

Technique is very good though!

just a bit...im sure if you get rid of the greenish yellow around your eyes and replace it with pink or orange, youll be good to go :D

i think it is awesome :]

but it is a little bright, maybe too much if you were going to  an event such as, church, school graduation, ect.

actually, i think you did a nice job on your eyes, it is a bit much for your age( u look young) but i like it! just try to do it like that when your getting all done up, not so much for everyday!

are you the one buying the makeup or your mom if its your mom then just listen to her and either:

not wear it in public

or

tone it down

if you buy the makeup : tell your mom you like to wear it and that's you and if she dosent understand then just do what i told you up there

It is a little vibrant in my opinion.  Just get rid of the liner and replace it with a more neutral color and I think you will be good to go.  You don't want to get rid of all of it, it's your style.
