  1. Yeah, sometimes. They just want to make them happy.

  2. Yes.  Because you know if you tell say...  your spouse, your parent...  something you know they wont like...   you know you are going to get yelled at, or in trouble, or given a hard time.  So you lie to avoid that.  Or you lie because you dont want to disappoint them.  Or you lie because you are ashamed.  Or you dont want to hurt their feelings

The emotions that are associated with lieing for the most part really are only going to come into play with the people you are close to.

  3. No.

    For the most part no.

However, it is possible there is some who do, for various reasons: their past, selfishness to some degree, scared etc etc.

What seems wrong to one, seems right to another. I rather be truthful to my love ones than to hurt them when the truth will be told eventually..

  4. No, i don't think that.

Lying to someone (in a way that is prone to hurt that person) is just a selfish behavior, and only means you're loving yourself much more than them. Maybe it's done to keep their attention/affection, but love is something different than this selfish reason.

Something different is a lie to protect someone else, but I wouldn't call that a lie in the negative sense, and that's probably a rare thing to happen too.

  5. I'm thin kin' exactly  the same as< A>other is  they maybe lie to you

for  they don't want to see you get really troubled  because of them.

  6. Yes, that can be a case. Because they love them so much that they want to make them happy.

  7. maybe they do it to keep the peace personally they are the people i am most honest with
