Do you think this look is weird? (help with hair)?

Question

Where someones hair is scrunched with mousse and it looks all hard and stuff but stays curly? I'm just wondering cause I have frizzy hair but if a take a shower and then scrunch it it stays curly, otherwise i just straighten it but I'm tired of doing that because my hair is getting damaged. And if you have any tips on how to style hair like mine as well that would be really helpful. Thank you :)

try putting it up with bobby pins. if u dont know what i mean look in any hair magazine at the curly hair and how its put up. i have curly hair to and it looks super cute up with ringlets falling.

thats the only way mine stays curly. i think it looks fine to an extent. dont make it look plastic, but a little stiff is okay!
