This is a quote based on the shallow perspective of politics - and particularly candidates in an election - that the media gives us. Yes, the elections are just a game. But when you look deeper at the real politics of our government with real issues that relate to our safety and well-being, it's not a game and our polititians don't treat it that way. That's the junk you see on C-SPAN, where the real decisions are made, and that's the behind-the-scenes perspective most people don't see. Turn on C-SPAN for a few hours and you'll see what I'm talking about.
