Do you think this website is genuine?

I ordered a paramore band t-shirt off that site, they said they allow 28 days for delivery, it has now been 32 days and i have not recieved anything. i e-mailed them but they didnt email back

i was just wondering is the site actually legit? or is it maybe a scam for money..?

But the site appears legit to me.

and anyway scam websites dont put themselves as the first ones on a google search

no the website is not spam for money.. it happens.. wait for some more days ...
