If the Yankees don't make it to the playoffs, do you think they'll fire Joe Girardi?

If the Dodgers keep up their losing ways, do you think they'll fire Joe Torre?

If this is the case, do you think the Yankees will bring Torre back?

  1. None will happen and to the guy with the first answer CC Ben and Manny all cost to much to have on the team with the Yanks already wasting all their money on A Rod and Jeter and all those Busts. The Brewers cant keep CC and Ben so how do you expect them to go to the Yanks. And Manny too. CC will go to Florida Ben to Philadelphia and Manny to White Sox.

  2. Neither one is getting fired after only one year. If anything, the Yanks might get rid of Cashman. But I think they will aggressively pursue Sabathia, Sheets, and Manny in the offseason, so they should be better next year.

  3. It's too early, no one expects anything to happen really in a manager's first year (maybe New York would do it, because they want to win so badly so quickly).

  4. No. After the first year, that is impulsive. This season will be blamed on injuries. But keep an eye on GM Brian Cashman, this is his last year under contract. I think he mite go.

No. Dodgers give their managers time. Just look at Jim Tracy. Torre will be fine

No. Bringing back torre is like giving a public apology for letting him go and blaming him for their losing ways. He will be brought back to retire his NO. 6 uniform, which I think they should.

I am a Yankee fan from the '80's if you are wondering.

  5. no learn your baseball

  6. no

  7. I doubt that will happen because it is not Girardi's fault they are losing. The injuries are killing the Yankees and the lack of hits by the offense is holding them back. I think the Yankees will give Girardi another chance and I think it is clear that the Yankees have moved on from the Torre ERA and are going to give Girardi an opportunity. The Dodgers aren't going to fire a manager with that much postseason experience in one year just because they didn't win a division or wild card.

  8. No, No and No. The Dodgers would be foolish to fire Joe Torre.
